Who We Help
Smart, hard-working women in mid-career, overseeing or managing projects as part of the work they love but who are not professional project managers and do not aspire to be. Despite their best efforts, these capable women find themselves working longer and longer hours but can never catch up for longer than a week or so. These conscientious women find themselves continually behind, doubting their abilities, and fearful that their reputation and career will suffer because they have no time to focus on strategic tasks and meet their deadlines with excellence.
How We Help
We teach these women practical project management skills and tools they can use now to work more strategically, minimize administrative burdens, enjoy their careers, and revive their personal lives.
It's never too late to be what you might have been.

My Story
At the start of my career, I got the opportunity to help a new vice-president do a "special" project. I didn't even know what a project was, much less how to manage one successfully. I was the only one in my division doing project work which made me feel lost, alone and stressed. I didn't know where to start, how to keep things moving, or where to turn for help. Luck, a lot of elbow grease, and some very long hours allowed me to succeed despite my lack of knowledge and experience.
I ended up loving project management so much that I got formally trained and enjoyed a 20+ year career as a certified Project Manager. Now I help other professional women understand project management at a practical level so they can reduce their stress, limit administrative tasks, manage their projects well, and focus on building their chosen careers.
